Shipping

Where does Dozer ship?

We ship everywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. Please allow more transit time for Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, US Virgins Island and Puerto Rico.

How much does shipping cost?

Great news! Dozer offers free ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. We also offer 2-Day Air and Next Day Air shipping to most addresses within the contiguous United States for a flat rate depending on the size of the bed.

When will my shipment arrive?

Dozer offers free ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.  Shipment time are Typically 2–7 business days based on the distance to your destination.  We also offer 2-Day and Next Day shipping at an additional cost to most addresses in the contiguous United States.  If orders are placed before 3:30 PM Eastern Time they will be picked up for next day delivery, if the order is placed after 3:30PM Eastern Time then the order will ship the next business day. If shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico the Dozer beds will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

Do you deliver to PO Box?

Yes! We can ship standard to a PO BOX.  We can NOT ship 2-Day or Next Day to a PO Box.

Do you ship to other countries?

Not yet, but we're working on it! Stay tuned.

Can I make changes to my order or cancel my order after it has been processed?

Please email us at bark@dozerpets.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly (usually within a few hours), but we’ll do our best to process your request.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

Please email us at bark@dozerpets.com as soon as possible if you would like to change your shipping address.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can view order status on your Account page, which will be updated when your order ships.

I didn’t receive my order confirmation email.

Upon successfully completing an order, you will receive an order confirmation from Dozer.  If you did not receive this order confirmation a couple of things may have happened.  Please check your spam email folder.  If you created an account, please check to make sure your email address was entered in correctly.  Check your credit card to see if you have been charged by Dozer Pets or have a payment pending.  You can also email us at bark@dozerpets.com with your name, ship to address and what you ordered so we can check our system as soon as possible.

Can I check my order status if I checked out as a guest?

In order to view your order status on www.dozerpets.com you must be logged into an account.  However, all orders placed will receive an emailed order confirmation and shipping tracking # which you can use to track the delivery status.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards. We also accept Google Pay and Apple Pay! Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through:
Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.
Is your card expired? Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again. If none of these apply, please contact us at bark@dozerpets.com. We’re happy to help!

Do you offer an installment payment plan for Dozer Pets?

We sure do! You can buy now and pay later with Klarna - just choose Klarna as your payment method at checkout for orders over $100.

Returns & Warranty

I received the wrong product how can I return it?

Please email us at bark@dozerpets.com with your order number, a picture of the incorrect items you received, packing slip. We will get back to you asap!

What is the Warranty policy?

Dozer Pets warrants that the products sold to be free of defects in materials and workmanship and to be in perfect working order at the time of purchase. If the product should, for any reason, become defective within 120 days of purchase, Dozer Pets will replace the product once it is returned to Dozer Pets. This warranty does not apply to any damage caused by accident, abuse or misuse of the product. There are no other warranties other than those expressly set forth within. Product shipping to Dozer Pets must be in the original shipping carton with freight prepaid.
 
If you are not completely satisfied wither order, you may return the unused items within 120 days from the date of invoice for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges and any applicable restocking fees). Please email us at  bark@dozerpets.com for a return authorization number. A copy of the packing slip or original receipt must accompany all returns. We reserve the right to not accept returns that are in poor condition, do not have a return authorization number or are not accompanied by packing slip or original receipt.

What is the Scent Barrier, odor-resistant technology made out of?

The proprietary Scent Barrier Technology utilizes a 2mm activated carbon fabric cloth to absorbs pet odors. 

What types of pets is the Dozer pet bed good for?

The Dozer bed can be especially beneficial for larger pets, older pets, working pets or pets which recently had surgery.  As pets grow older, they are highly vulnerable to arthritis, muscle loss and bone degeneration.  In order to prevent common joint problems for pets, you should be proactive while they’re young. Providing a bed with good support, like the Dozer bed, is helpful in promoting joint health as they grow older.
Mid-to-Large size pets are also prone to early joint and bone degeneration due to their weight; if you have a larger pet, it is vital to give them the support they need to alleviate pain.  The internal air support provided by the Dozer pet bed, evenly distributes your pets weight and provides firm, even support across their entire body relieving pressure points.  Many pets have heavier heads & shoulders, causing more pressure on the legs & hips. Dozer’s dual density foam creates a conforming surface around your pet to provide support to the spine, muscles and joints and absorbs full body pressure while your pet rest and relaxes.

Is the Dozer water (or potty) resistant?

Yes. If your pet has an accident on the Dozer bed, or something liquid is spilled on the top you can remove and machine wash with cold water.  (Gentle cycle.  Tumble low dry or hang dry.)  Within the top layer fabric the Scent Barrier, odor-resistant material, is encased in a water-resistant material.  Also, the Pain Relieving Cushion, Air Adjust Mattress & Support Foam are encased in a water resistant polyester case. 

What are the benefits of the Dozer bed to my pet?

Dozer's dual density foam conforms to your pet's shape to provide support to their spine, muscles and joints and to absorb full body pressure while your pet rests. The pressure absorbing memory viscoelastic foam provides soft comfort and minimizes pain in sensitive areas.  Two layers of denser support foam add more structured support to keep your pet's body in proper alignment.
 
The orthopedic support can help prevent joint problems, as well as relieve existing ones, which helps improve your pets overall health, mobility and comfort.
 
The internal air adjust support mattress with built-in pump eliminates the settling and flattening that causes most pet beds to lose their shape and cushion over time. Many pets have heavier head & shoulders, causing more pressure on the legs & hips;  the Dozer evenly distributes your pets weight and provides firm, even support to reduce joint and muscle soreness and prevent calluses or pressure sores.

Product Maintenance & Care

What are the steps for assembly of the Dozer bed?

To set up your Dozer pet bed for the first time or to deflate and re-inflate in the future follow the below steps:


1. Lay bed flat on ground with the top facing up.  Unzip.
2. Unscrew the white INFLATE cap & pull out air-stop plug exposing air valve.
3. Step on the mattress directly above where integrated foot pump is located (Note: The integrated foot pump is located next to the INFLATE open valve)
4. Continue to step on pump until mattress is firm (not rock solid)
5. Push in air-stop plug & screw on inflate cap. Zip up.

To Deflate: Remove orange DEFLATE cap & air-stop plug. When deflated re-plug & re-cap.

What is the optimal air pressure?

The Air Adjust Mattress should have a little give and not feel rock hard.

Do I need to replenish air pressure?

Over time, due to the Air Adjust Mattress expanding slightly, you will need to add air pressure.  Simply add air by repeating the initial inflation step.

How do I wash the cover?

Machine wash cover only with cold water.  Gentle cycle.  Tumble low dry or hang dry.
